Head of Delivery - AI Agents

Tech Stack:
APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise system integration, multi-channel AI deployment (voice, chat, email), program delivery tooling (Gantt/Gantt-style planning, SaaS/AI platforms).

What You'll Do:

  • Own the complete delivery journey for enterprise AI agent rollouts — converting business needs into structured plans, milestones, and successful production launches
  • Lead complex, multi-owner deployments across product, engineering, and client teams — run alignment sessions, track dependencies, and maintain accountability
  • Steer customers beyond release — ensuring onboarding, adoption, renewals, and solution growth deliver measurable long-term value
  • Build trusted client relationships — shape expectations, create clarity, and act as a strategic partner in AI-driven transformation
  • Combine leadership with execution — hands-on program ownership while standing up and scaling Customer Success, Implementation, and Delivery operations in-region
  • Serve as the key escalation point for strategic accounts — keeping communication fluid and resolving issues early to protect timelines and confidence
  • Maintain technical ownership in delivery — supervise configuration, QA cycles, tuning, and system integrations to ensure production-grade reliability
  • Manage delivery risk and remove bottlenecks — handling escalations and blockers to keep progress predictable and stakeholder trust high

Requirements:

  • 5+ years running technical enterprise programs (Program Management / Technical PM / Customer Delivery roles in SaaS or AI environments)
  • 2+ years leading, hiring, and scaling client-facing delivery or success teams
  • Proven ability to personally execute technical delivery work — not only coordinate it
  • Experience launching new teams or functions in growth-stage companies or new markets
  • Fluent in English + at least one regional language
  • Comfortable working alongside API-driven systems, cloud infra, and enterprise software integrations
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
  • Independent, outcome-focused, able to operate at both detail and strategic altitude
