**Join Our Sales Team in Jeddah**

Nice One is seeking a dedicated Salesperson for our Jeddah location. If you are passionate about building customer relationships, driving sales success, and personal growth in a dynamic retail environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities - Customer Service & Sales Excellence**:

- Engage customers in-person and online, providing outstanding product knowledge and support to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and close sales to achieve personal and team targets.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
- Record all sales transactions accurately in the sales system, and follow up on pending leads and customer inquiries.
- Participate in in-store product displays, promotional campaigns, and market outreach activities in Jeddah.
- Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.

**Essential Requirements - Sales, Communication, & Teamwork Skills**:

- High school diploma or higher; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or e-commerce environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Customer-focused attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
