- **Customer Engagement**: Connect with both new and existing customers via digital channels, telephone, and face-to-face interactions, providing an exceptional customer experience across the entire sales journey.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with Nice one’s latest products, services, and offerings to deliver relevant recommendations and answers, matching customer needs and interests.
- **Order Management**: Accurately process sales orders and manage customer data through digital sales and e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely order fulfillment and personalized follow-up.
- **Market Development**: Identify, research, and pursue new sales opportunities in Riyadh and surrounding areas by networking, attending local events, and working with promotional campaigns.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and customer care teams, ensuring a unified and seamless customer experience at every customer touchpoint.
