Project & Development Services - MENA
JLL Project & Development Services (P&DS) MENA provides consulting, design, management and build services to tenant and owners, leveraging technology and digital solutions to drive outstanding service delivery.
We bring a life-cycle perspective to our clients, from development solutions to our core services in programme, project and cost management and consulting in digital solutions, tenancy management, sustainability, leisure & entertainment, and workplace & design.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Graphics / Reporting Specialist for a major programme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What this job involves
- Providing robust, reliable business reporting in a user-friendly format that meets the needs of business leaders and their teams
- Ensuring high-quality client reporting is delivered
- Responsible for preparing design and layout of internal proposals and presentations from typesetting through to design, sourcing images, print and production
- Working with internal staff, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format of PowerPoint presentations & official documentation
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for PowerPoint presentations
- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
- Preparing reports & illustrating materials based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final design of documentation and suggesting improvements if required
- Keeping up to date with the company brand guidelines
- Custodian of files, folders and records (hardcopy and softcopy)

Desired skills and experience for this
- Degree Qualification in Graphic Design preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Able to turn complex ideas and data into simple graphical representations
- Passion and enthusiasm for design with a creative flair
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- English/Arabic speaker
