**Role**: Strategic Marketing Planner

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**The position involves**:

- Develop an initial communication strategy to reconcile the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived.
- Support the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience, and strategy.
- Responsible for data-driven consumer insights and the measurement of consumers' current perception of client brands at the global, regional, and local levels
- Review and manipulate large data sets and distill into both tactical and strategic insights in a quantitative
- and qualitative-oriented way
- Support the design of insight-driven marketing strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition
- Day-to-day contact with the clients; spotting and developing significant strategic and creative opportunities for the agency, as well as influencing the quality of the briefs we get from the client
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Share internal/external information, insight, knowledge, etc.

**Education, Knowledge, and Skills**:
**The Position requires the following**:

- ** **Bachelor’s degree in business or management, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a marketing strategic planner, or brand consultant.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing & strategic planning.
- Excellent English capabilities.
- High level of knowledge of the consumers and market.
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources Intermediate level of English (written & spoken).
