CMT Material Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests on different materials to evaluate their performance, durability, and safety.- Design and implement laboratory procedures for material testing.- Interpret and analyze test results to provide feedback to product developers and design engineers.- Develop and implement test methods and standards based on project requirements.-
- Maintain detailed documentation of all material testing processes and results.- Collaborate with other engineers and scientists to develop new materials with desired properties.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all material testing procedures.- Provide recommendations for material improvements and innovations.- Inspect material failures and advise on corrective actions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material testing and analysis.- Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on product performance.- Experience with material characterization techniques such as SEM, TEM, and XRD.- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods for data interpretation..- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
