Our client is a leading consultant with a reputation for delivering numerous high profile projects across the GCC. As a result of a number of recent project wins, they are actively looking for talented Commercial Director to join their established team on one of the large remote development programs in Saudi.

Key requirements of the position include;
- Has commercially managed a large development in the GCC.
- MUST be a Member of recognised professional institute - RICS, AIQS, etc
- Has a relevant degree from a recognised university.
- Is exceptionally presentable with the ability to work within a client facing role.
- Is a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrable skills in current Value Engineering and Cost Control techniques.
- Is able to manage time effectively.
- 20 years minimum experience.
- Previous experience working with a consultant is preferred.
