The Senior Engineer at Dammam Container Terminals will play a pivotal role in overseeing engineering projects, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of terminal equipment, and leading a team of engineers and technicians. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards..
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Implement corrective actions to address safety concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance terminal efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position, preferably in a port or container terminal environment
