Solution Consultant

Overview:
A Solution Consultant works closely with sales teams across the sales segments and Industry Consultants needing their support in establishing the value of the Hexagon solution for achieving customer’s business outcomes through demonstrations, presentations and proposals. Solution Consultant will also be responsible for conducting relevant training of internal sales / presales / marketing teams for the purpose of knowledge sharing

We are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant on information management with HxGN PPM Digital Twin solution for Project and / or Operation & Maintenance processes (further referenced as D-Twin solution).

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development Support**:

- Support building and growing pipeline of opportunities for Digital Twin solution for Operation & Maintenance processes but also for project processes (further referenced as D-Twin solution) for SAUDI ARABIA.
- Together with the Industry Consultant, work with the SDR team in training, developing messaging and support lead generation for D-Twin solution individually and in conjunction with other products and solutions and GTM packages where D-Twin solutions are part of the package.
- Assist the Industry Consultant in driving the growth of D-Twin solutions in the other “key growth areas” in the region by working with local sales teams and other solution consultants, through account plans and opportunities.
- Assist the Industry Consultant in building & driving initiatives required to support the growth of HxGN PPM D-Twin revenue within the region, working with local sales teams through account plans and opportunities.
- Responsible for the adoption and execution of GTM packages where D-Twin solution are part of the package.
- Work with marketing and Industry Consultant in building thought leadership pieces around Owner-Operator segment in operations & maintenance areas, with focus on D-Twin solutions.
- Be able to articulate the context of how a D-Twin solution can help achieve the business outcomes defined by Industry Consultants and prospects.
- Together with the Industry Consultant, deliver key campaigns, with the support of marketing, in the promotion of D-Twin solution individually and where integrated with other solutions in different growth markets.
- Work closely with Industry Consultants in training & establishing the value of the D-Twin solution in various industries.
- Develop messaging for D-Twin solutions, with focus on key differentiators
**SME/Technical Pre-Sales**:

- Provide Subject Matter Expertise and the central point of contact for D-Twin solution in the region for pre-sales engagements.
- Develop and maintain repeatable demonstration systems and content for D-Twin solution, or to a specific client’s requirements against sales opportunities.
- Support key customer engagements in delivering Proof of Concepts or Pilots for D-Twin solution against sales opportunities.
- Work with new and/or existing clients to define their requirements, qualifying the fit of D-Twin solution and defining roadmap together with other members of the opportunity team.
- Contribute to the development of Sales proposals & estimates for D-Twin solution.
- Provide technical content for tenders and RFxs as well as assist with benchmarks.
- Liaise with Product Managers to understand product direction, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of D-Twin solution and be able manage the Sales Team and client expectations.
- Liaise with Services teams to provide feedback to the product managers on field and based on customer requirements.
- Participate with the Industry Consultant in the ideation and development of GTM packages where D-Twin solution are part of the package.
- Work with Services team in reviewing technical and scoping documents and ensure the smooth transition from sales to implementation services.
- Liaise with D-Twin Solution Consultants in other regions for lessons learned and best practice sharing.
- Attend trade shows, seminars and user conferences and be capable of presenting technical papers, demonstrations and presentations.

Qualifications:

- Degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

- Asset Information handover from Project to Operations
- Asset management of changes and brownfield project execution
- Monitoring of Asset in Operations for predictive maintenance
- Maintenance and Inspection management of Asset in Operations

**Skills and Experience**
- Solid experience in proposing or implementing Hexagon PPM’s IM solutions (SPF/SPO or SDx and optionally j5) or equivalent competitor software solutions
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team and to work independently with key clients as required
- Confident in presenting to a group in a client environment as well as at shows and seminars
