**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **About the role**

The Technical Consultant is a critical role at Exclusive Networks and covers both Pre-Sales activities as well as Post
- Sales implementation and Professional Services projects.

**As a Technical Consultant - Nutanix, you will**:

- Maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge of Nutanix to be considered a Subject Matter Expert within the customer and partner communities.
- Take ownership for the in-full and on-time delivery of technical, implementation and Professional Services projects.
- Work with partners and customers to create clear and complete Statements of Work.
- Create and manage detailed project plans.
- Complete tasks and actions as per the SOWand project plan
- Collaborate with partners and end users to ensure successful project test and migration activities.
- Manage the partner and customer to ensure they complete pre-requisites, dependencies and passive works in a timely manner
- Maintain, accurate and full completion of technical designs and all related documentation.
- Provide Knowledge transfer to end-users
- Provide timely and complete reporting as required.
- Building and owning relationships with technical decision makers, influencers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete records for all activities, projects and opportunities.
- Assist technical colleagues across the region with knowledge transfer and project assistance as required.
- Assist and support in the presentation of solution value propositions to customers and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Thorough understanding of one or more of the following areas:

- Hyper Converged Infrastructure
- Virtualization
- Cloud Infrastructure Solutions
- vSphere and Hyper-V
- Migrtaing VMWARE ESXI to Nutanix
- Configuring Nutanix Environments
- High Availability Solutions
- Networking
- Implementation and PS Project methodologies
- Ability to conduct motivating and informative seminars, technical training and knowledge sharing within the partner and end user community to increase Exclusive Networks revenues within the region.
- Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
- Thorough understanding of technical projects and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and handle all technical elements of the project
- Flexible, dependable, self-starter, and capable of quickly learning new products and technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the Middle East region.
- Arabic speaker is preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE **About you**

**The ideal **Technical Consultant Nutanix** will have**:

- Will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar.
- 5+ years prior reseller or distribution experience in a high-tech environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security trends, issues, markets and vendors.
- Nutanix certifications (NCA as a minimum) together with experience and accreditations relating to implementation projects.
