We're hiring Oracle Consultants for projects at

is building a pool of experienced
Oracle Functional and Technical Consultants
based in
India, South Africa, UAE, and KSA
for upcoming client projects. If you've delivered or supported
Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite implementations
across Finance, SCM, HCM, or other modules, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud/EBS solutions
  • Configure and deploy Oracle modules to meet client requirements
  • Support testing, migration, and post-implementation activities
  • Work with integration teams to align Oracle systems with third-party tools
  • Document functional and technical specifications clearly

Core Oracle Modules

  • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Procurement and Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM, Procurement Cloud, SCM Cloud)
  • Human Capital Management (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, Talent)
  • Project Portfolio Management (Projects, Grants, Costing, Billing)
  • Manufacturing and Planning (Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, WMS)
  • Enterprise Performance Management (Planning, Budgeting, Reporting)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    5 years
    of Oracle ERP/Cloud implementation or consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of
    core Oracle modules
    and business process flows
  • Experience in
    configuration, testing, and functional setup management
  • Proven ability to translate functional needs into technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with
    data migration
    ,
    reporting (OTBI/BIP)
    , and
    security configuration
  • Familiarity with
    Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    ,
    REST/SOAP APIs
    , or
    Visual Builder extensions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Capable of managing deliverables independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Certification (Functional or Technical)
  • Experience with
    end-to-end Cloud transformations
    or
    EBS to Cloud migrations
  • Exposure to
    multi-country or global rollouts
  • Prior
    consulting or system integrator experience
