Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of F&B operations, including budgeting, cost control, and staff management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
