**Who are we looking for?**
Senior Recruiter with Arabic, experienced in pharma recruitment, who will be involved in liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, will set and manage sourcing activities through a sourcer and help plan innovative resourcing strategies.

**This position is hybrid** and you are required to work from the client's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 3 times per week.**

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading a recruitment process.
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers and other senior stakeholders through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.

**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- Must have an experience in managing recruitment processes and working directly with client senior stakeholders.
- Must have an experience recruiting for biopharmaceutical/life science sector within international environment.
- Must have experience in conducting interviews alongside Hiring Managers.
- Must have full professional fluency in English and Arabic both written and oral.
- Must have experience in behavioural/situational interviews with Hiring managers.
- Personality to drive a change management within recruitment processes.
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
- Production environment experience is desired, but not a must.
