Our partner is an established, successful and growing fitness operator within Saudi Arabia and have recently commenced the search for a Female Trainers Manager to support their overall fitness offering.

Reporting directly to the brilliant Operations Director, this role is at group-level and is responsible for achieving the main KPI's of the business (PT, retention, GX attendance, club attendance). The position includes setting realistic yet ambitious goals for personal training revenue, client satisfaction and attendance.

Working with the Fitness Managers in the clubs, the SFM will be driving the members induction programme and looking at solutions on how to consistently develop new trainers. This role will also include equipment management (new and existing) and overall Personal Trainer recruitment.

This is an excellent position for an experienced Fitness Manager or Regional Fitness Manager to take their next step into management within a progressive and exciting company.
