Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Fit-Out located in Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the fit-out sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing and delivering presentations to clients, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align sales objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development within the fit-out or construction industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in project management and understanding of fit-out and construction processes
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and meet performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Kuwait, with knowledge of the local market being an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
