**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with expertise in business transformation (strategy, digital, customer experience) or corporate excellence (processes, governance, performance management), or related fields

**Team Collaboration**: Strong ability to work as part of a team, with experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.

**Client Interaction**: Experience in engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform project solutions

**Communication Skills**: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
