As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of our projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, budgeting, risk management, and contract negotiation
- Experienced in post contract and claims management.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective commercial management throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Identify and manage commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project budget and financial performance to ensure compliance with established targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government officials
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on commercial matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, engineering, or related discipline)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the construction or engineering industry
- Experience with procurement, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is a plus
