**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution. Additionally, the role involves managing logistics operations, including transportation, delivery scheduling, and coordination with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a focus on optimizing warehouse operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high service levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures, policies, and workflows to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory movements.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
- Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, racking systems, and other machinery.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and efficient workflow.

**Logistics and Distribution**:

- Coordinate and oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring quality service, cost-effectiveness, and on-time deliveries.
- Track and report on logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer demands and supply chain requirements.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and maintain necessary documentation for shipments.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational goals and standards.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage staff development and training programs.
- Allocate tasks and ensure that workload is balanced across the team to meet deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**Inventory Control and Reporting**:

- Oversee inventory control processes to minimize errors and discrepancies, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and other key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure alignment on stock availability and distribution needs.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in both warehouse and logistics operations and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring performance meets company goals.
- Use technology (WMS, TMS, etc.) to streamline operations and improve tracking and reporting systems.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
