Job Summary

The Plant Manufacturing Supervisor position required skills to ensure that the daily activities of production teams to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations that meet company standards and client requirements.

Job Requirements
- Supervising and coordinating daily operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Managing and training production personnel, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Implementing process improvements to minimize costs and enhance production quality.
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting in the development of budgets and monitoring expenditure.
- Overseeing safety of operations and adherence to health and environmental regulations.
- Allocating resources and scheduling staff shifts to ensure optimal production levels.
- Addressing and resolving any issues related to employee performance and production processes.
- Liaising between different departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure a cohesive operational strategy.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee performance, machinery maintenance, and production outputs.
- Ensuring that the manufacturing floor is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field is commonly required.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role, typically at least 3-5 years, is expected.
- Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production and operational standards in the specific industry sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Technical skills including proficiency with manufacturing management software and tools are highly beneficial.
