- Responsible for a team of sales executives and the channel’s overall performance through providing guidelines, training, and directions.
- Sales & target achievement in the channel.
- Planning the route-plans.
- Coordination with Merchandising Sales Supervisor and Team Leader for the maximum usage of merchandisers productivity and performance
- Managing Regional Accounts
- Ensuring maximum benefits at lowest costs.
- Conducting analysis like forecasting, regression, and cannibalization.
- Communicating price changes internally and externally.
- BDAs & activity implementation in the channel.
- Weekly product promotion plans and implementation.
- Maintaining NTEs and Damages below budget.
- Scheduling market visits with their team on a periodical basis and maintaining records of each visit to track their development process.
- Assess the performance of the team and their development plans.
- Coordination with Merchandising team in order to improve execution.
- Achieving share of shelves in the respective markets
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

**Academic Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any administrative field
