**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Responsible for sales and marketing operations for the business unit.
- Provide strategic direction in delivering business planning process.
- Develop, execute, and measure brand positioning strategies across the assigned portfolio.
- Aligning plans and people within the Business Unit, including key business partners.
- Effective lifecycle management of current and future brands.
- Regularly coach all direct reports to develop effective Performance Management.
- Write progress reports and deliver presentations for target, market sales, and new products in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify product trends and potential customers.
- Prepare, manage, and forecast business/ financial budget.
- Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Biomedical or equivalent.**:

- **Minimum 10 years of s**ales and management experience within the Medical Devices Industry.**:

- **Experience in Cardio is a must.**:

- **Experience in distributor management.**:

- Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership abilities & competencies to lead a team.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**:
