**Overview**: As a Senior Project Manager specializing in the hospitality sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project professionals to deliver successful projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
**You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle**: finalization of design development, procurement, construction and final handover.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our leading client and contribute to the growth and success of JLL's Project and Development Services (PDS) division.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership**:
Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of hospitality projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
Participate in project planning, outlining objectives, scope, and deliverables, and developing project management plans.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and consultants.

**Client Management**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities.

**Financial Management**:
Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met.
Review and negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the project.
Oversee cost control procedures, monitor expenses, and implement corrective actions if necessary.

**Quality Control**:
Set and maintain high-quality standards for project execution, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, codes, and regulations.
Establish quality control measures and processes, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
Proactively address any quality issues or deficiencies and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulations related to the hospitality sector.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
