In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing HR functions with a focus on our Saudi workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee relations activities, addressing and resolving employee inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
- Support training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning and staff development.
- Assist in performance management processes and provide support to managers and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Arabic with strong proficiency in English.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to local customs and practices.
