**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project viability, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses, including valuation, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning, to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Collect, integrate, and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accurate and comprehensive models and reports.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research on market trends, economic conditions, and industry benchmarks to inform modeling assumptions and investment strategies.
- Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and strategic planning, to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and update models to reflect changing market conditions and project developments.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging financial modeling techniques. Propose and implement improvements to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in the sports or golf industry is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in financial modeling software and tools (e.g., Excel, VBA). Familiarity with financial databases and analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and create detailed forecasts.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality outputs.
