In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance through detailed analysis and reporting.

The Senior Manager of Financial Analysis will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial assessments and providing actionable recommendations to support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives, contributing significantly to the overall success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the financial analysis team in conducting in-depth assessments of financial performance, projecting financial outcomes, and identifying trends.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop financial models and forecasts that support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Develop and implement standardized financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks associated with projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and financial best practices to inform the analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience in using financial software and advanced Excel is essential
