**We are seeking a proactive individual who will work within the Data Team and will be responsible for managing Whole school information as required by the Ministry of Education and to assist the Saudi Liaison Officer with the maintenance of the online system.**

**Essential Requirements**
- **Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.**
- **Show evidence of knowledge and experience of data entry, clerical, administrative and customer experience journey.**
- **Demonstrate sound administrative acumen, with desirable experience of working with the Saudi ministry of education.**
- **Be customer-focused in ensuring that services are of high quality and are in accordance with the school’s expected high standards.**
- **Go the extra mile, ensuring service level delivery is met.**
- **Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.**
- **Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto.**
- **Have KSA residency status**

**BISR teachers should possess the following**:
**Qualifications**:
- Qualified Teacher status.
- Certificate of Education (PGCE or B.Ed).
- Relevant training or qualifications for the specific post.
**Understanding**:
- Appreciation of a British school's demands in an international context.
- Commitment to the school's co-curricular life.
- Understanding of intercultural awareness and cultural sensitivity.
- Recognition of responsibility for students' holistic growth and well-being.
**Experience**:
- Experience in various contexts (UK and international).
