Earlier in 2021, BitOasis announced that it had crossed over USD $3bn in trade executed on its platform since inception with half of that volume being originated in 2021 alone.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us position ourselves as the market leaders in the crypto space in the region. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and execution of paid marketing campaigns across digital performance channels (Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search ads, etc) to drive top of the funnel growth for BitOasis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Owning the growth & performance of BitOasis's paid marketing across multiple advertising channels including but not limited to (Social networks / Apple Search Ads / Display / SEM / DSP/ Affiliate Networks).
- Monitor and optimize budgets and bidding structures for optimal ROI.
- Continually improve campaign performance by building and running tests, measuring results, learning and iterating based on test outcomes
- Track KPIs and produce channel-specific reports.
- Work with the content and design team to ensure your channels are running enticing and engaging creative and copy.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years technical hands-on experience on performance marketing, managing a large budget and advanced campaign mix (app install, traffic generation, reach & frequency, re-engagement).
- The ability to understand BitOasis's customers and develop effective campaigns based on that insight.
- A strong analytical mindset with a technical understanding of marketing tracking solutions, analytics, advertising platforms, and attribution models.
- A test and learn approach to demonstrable ability to create test hypotheses, execute tests, and measure test outcomes.
- A creative approach to marketing and out-of-the-box thinking, demonstrating the ability to come up with innovative approaches to getting the best performance from paid marketing platforms.
- Experience working with social platforms (Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok..etc)
- Crypto background is a bonus
