Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. As a SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP HCM module for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design and configure the system to meet their needs, conduct testing, and provide ongoing system support. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
- Design and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet client needs.
- Implement and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Perform system testing, resolve issues or defects, and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the SAP HCM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM with other modules and systems.
- Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM advancements and recommend process improvements and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
- Expertise in SAP Learning Solutions, SAP Enterprise Compensation Management & SAP E-Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Experience in implementation or support of SAP payroll processes.
- Knowledge of local and international HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in configuring SAP HCM modules based on client requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
