Assist promotion team in daily promotional activities to achieve promotion objectives

**Accountabilities**

Company's Promo:

- Collect items list and artworks from commercial team via effective communication in order to initiate promo brochure
- Build promo template to creative agency that determine items location in promo brochure based on correlation between items in order to have consumer oriented promotion
- Follow up production and distribution of promotional materials through communication with print house and VM supervisors to ensure on time delivery of promo materials
- Revise Promo materials by making sure it is identical to promo items list and discounts based upon good knowledge of promo items in order to avoid any penalties from Ministry of commerce or consumer complains
- Ensure the right execution of promo materials in stores through conducting field visits to stores in order to have best look and feel for promotion
- Build promotion library through collecting and updating promo materials and items images in order to have solid accessible data base for promotion
- Send through promo mail reports during each promo project that illustrate promo project progress according to promotion SLA time frame to ensure on time execution of promo project
- Verify promo variance account for items with exceptional discounts through checking BI team reports to ensure process compliance

Competitors Promo:

- Monitor competitors promo by comparing Nahdi promo with others through field visits to competitors stores to maintain Nahdi promotion leadership

Payment Process:

- Follow up payment process by making sure of creating PR on time and delivery of invoices form agencies on time so we keep healthy relation with agencies

Employee duties are not limited only to the abovementioned Accountabilities heshe may perform other duties as assigned

**Work Environment**
- Indoors : 90%
- Outdoors : 10%
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM 6:00 PM 1 hour break

**Job Requirements**
Education
- BSc Degree

Experience
- 2 Years of Experience in commercial or marketing field with good knowledge of items and consumer needs

Computer Skills
- MS Office Suite

- English
- Arabic
