As we continue to expand our operations and build an exceptional team, the Executive - People & Talent role will be critical to ensure operations run smoothly. This role will report into the HR Business Partner role and work hand in hand in shaping the future of the agencies operating in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As an Executive - People & Talent, you will play a critical role in supporting our holding company's HR function and ensuring that our advertising, media, and PR agencies attract, develop, and retain top talent. Your proficiency in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and aligning our human resources with the company's strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
**HR Administration**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records on Oracle and documentation, including employee contracts and personnel files.
**Onboarding and Offboarding**: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to integrate successfully. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
**Contract and Agreements**: Prepare contracts for Freelancers and check the passport & visa status of all freelancers.
**Salary Letters and Employment Certificates**: Creating salary letters as requested.
**Employee Engagement**: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
**HR Policies and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures. Advise management on HR-related legal matters when necessary.
**Compensation and Benefits**: Send out monthly payroll inputs to the HR Regional team.
**Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediating conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
**HR Reporting**: Compile HR metrics and prepare reports for management to track key HR indicators and support data-driven decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 -5 years) as an HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably in the advertising, media, or PR industry.
- Sound knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes effectively and attract top talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information discreetly.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
