**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage process engineering activities for various projects in the petrochemical industry.
- Provide technical expertise and support to optimize plant operations and troubleshoot process issues.
- Develop and review process design packages, PFDs, P&IDs, and process simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, including design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and other safety reviews to identify and mitigate process safety risks.
- Conduct process optimization studies to improve plant performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of process engineering standards, best practices, and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineer
- 10+ years’ experience as a process engineer in a petrochemical industry at ABS plant(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to quality and safety
