The Technical Officer Civil Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the project teams, ensuring that all engineering works are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects from design to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Coordinate with the design and construction teams to ensure that technical solutions meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it aligns with the planned schedule.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to gather necessary information for planning and design purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and material takeoffs.
- Provide technical support during the procurement process, including reviewing and evaluating supplier quotations and proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and keep records up to date.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in technical office work within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Should be able to joining immediately
- Should have transferable Iqama.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technique

**Experience**:
