Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review
    shop drawings
    ,
    as-built drawings
    ,
    material submittals
    , and
    method statements
    .
  • Coordinate between
    design
    ,
    procurement
    , and
    site teams
    to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Perform
    quantity take-offs
    ,
    BOQ preparation
    , and
    cost comparisons
    .
  • Review project
    drawings and specifications
    to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of
    technical proposals
    ,
    project reports
    , and
    progress documentation
    .
  • Support
    tendering and estimation
    processes by providing accurate technical input.
  • Liaise with
    consultants
    ,
    clients
    , and
    subcontractors
    to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all technical documentation and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in
    Civil Engineering
    or
    Architecture
    (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in a
    Technical Office
    role within the
    construction or contracting sector in Saudi Arabia
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    shop drawings
    ,
    BOQs
    , and
    project documentation
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    ,
    Revit
    , and
    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Experience with
    BIM workflows
    and coordination is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in both
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Saudi nationals only.
