Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Construction Manager**to join our team in Jeddah/Riyadh In this role you will lead the renovation and upgrade works of a **high-profile ultra-luxury hotel**. This role is critical in ensuring successful on-site execution of all construction activities while maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations and delivering an exceptional standard of quality, safety, and guest experience.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee day-to-day site activities related to civil, MEP, fit-out, and FF&E installation for the hotel renovation project.
- Ensure construction works are delivered in accordance with approved design documents, specifications, and international hospitality standards.
- Coordinate demolition, structural modifications, interior refurbishments, and MEP upgrades while ensuring guest safety and mínimal disturbance.
- Prepare and manage construction phasing and sequencing plans to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations and compliance with agreed access and working hours.
- Monitor construction progress, conduct regular inspections, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Implement strict quality control and assurance measures to meet the expectations of ultra-luxury hotel standards.
- Ensure contractor activities are aligned with project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Work closely with hotel management, operations, and engineering teams to plan activities around guest occupancy and sensitive zones.
- Lead coordination between consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain construction momentum.
- Participate in site meetings, design reviews, and construction coordination sessions.
- Ensure contractors adhere to agreed safety standards, access protocols, and material delivery plans.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to resolve site queries, material delays, or scope changes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular site reports, risk assessments,
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and snagging activities in collaboration with the project close-out team.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, with **specific expertise in hotel renovation or luxury hospitality fit-out projects**.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering **renovation projects in operational hotels**with mínimal guest disruption.
- Strong knowledge of high-end fit-out works, MEP coordination, phasing strategies, and FF&E installations.
