Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Design Manager Hotels**to join our team in Riyadh/Jeddah In this role you will ensure the successful execution of high-profile hotel renovation projects. As a **Design Manager**specializing in **hotel refurbishment and FF&E**(Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), you will lead the design coordination and implementation across complex renovation programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards, budget, and guest experience expectations.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Design Oversight**:

- Lead the development and coordination of design packages for hotel renovation and refurbishment projects, with a core focus on FF&E, finishes, and fit-out elements.
- Review and validate concept, schematic, and detailed designs to ensure alignment with operator brand standards and project goals.

**Execution & Delivery**:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of renovation works including fit-out, FF&E installation, and handover.
- Prepare execution strategies, phasing plans, and minimize operational disruption during renovations in live hotel environments.
- Monitor construction and installation works to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Liaise with contractors, site teams, and vendors to coordinate timelines, resolve design-related site issues, and ensure timely progress.
- Manage the full FF&E lifecycle including vendor selection, procurement coordination, delivery schedules, and installation supervision.
- Ensure final delivery matches approved design intent and guest-ready standards prior to handover.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and specialty consultants to integrate design intent with technical and operational requirements.
- Manage preparation of mood boards, material submittals, and mock-ups for client/operator approvals.
- Lead value engineering exercises without compromising design quality or guest experience.
- Ensure designs are functional, durable, and aligned with operational workflows, safety codes, and sustainability goals.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in hospitality design and execution, with significant exposure to hotel renovations, FF&E delivery, and live environment projects.
- Strong track record of managing full-cycle design and fit-out for upscale/luxury hotel brands.
- Excellent understanding of FF&E procurement, installation methodologies, and site coordination.
- Proven ability to manage complex hotel refurbishment logistics, phasing, and operational constraints.
