**Job Summary**:
The Office of Research and Innovation at Alfaisal University seeks a supervisor for its Technology Transfer Office (TTO). The post requires demonstrable knowledge of general technological advances, as well as the legal and commercial laws and regulations concerning technology and intellectual property. Review all proposals coming from external organizations and coordinate with the colleges accordingly, also monitor the progress of all projects by achieving due dates and regulations of the outside institutions.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Run the operation of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO)
- Establish and manage the TTO’s operational workflows.
- Oversee the TTO’s website
- Keeps guidance to new faculty on research submission process and all electronic submission systems and their procedures to uphold institutional quality.
- Monitors progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met, and reviews completed tasks to ensure that necessary changes are made.
- Processes payments of supplier invoices according to the University’s financial rules in collaboration with Finance and Accounting department to maintain proficient operational excellence.
- Coordinates and handles all financial matters of the external projects according to the funder’s regulations.
- Facilitate help to students who like to conduct research with outside institutions.
- Be knowledgeable in relevant financial, legal, and logistic procedures, both nationally and internationally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Educational Qualification**:

- (Essential) Bachelor’s minimum. Preference will be given to graduates of degrees in fields related to patent or intellectual property law.

**Professional Experience**:

- (Essential) Experience in working with technology and/or intellectual properly protection.
- (Essential) Experience in managing legalities of creating, maintain and dissolving companies.
- (Essential) Experience in creating content in both English and Arabic languages.
