**Primary Responsibilities**:

- AP Supervisor will be responsible to oversee all AP transaction and payments.
- Make sure that all the invoices are book correctly for 3rd party and Inter-Company.
- Review the payment request for 3rd party.
- Prepare the payment request for Inter-Company.
- Prepare the payment plan on monthly basis.
- Review the GRNV report and communicate with the buyer/ vendors to provide the invoices.
- Review the open PO reports on monthly basis.
- Review the prepayment reports on monthly basis.
- Adhere and manage work with tight deadlines.
- Assist with AP month-end tasks, as and when needed.
- Ensure NOV Accounting Controls are in place and in compliance.
- Prepare and review the accrual on monthly basis.
- Provide the needful details for the internal, management and external audits.
- Communicate with the suppliers especially the ones critical for operations.
- Check Basware on daily basis and ensure 3 rd party and IC invoices are recorded in timely manner.
- Coordinate with various department owners to ensure all issues in Basware are addressed and invoices are recorded timely.
- Educate and train others on Basware.

**Education/Qualification, Experience and Key Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector.
- Ability to understand the strategic direct of the business.
- Able to understand the business needs and drivers.
- Ability to solve problems and mange it themselves.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Great attention to details.
- Should be open to accept new challenges and show responsibility in challenging situations.
- Should effectively communicate with all levels external and internal in the organization.
- Consistently adhere to ethics principles.
- Self-starter, should effectively work independently.
