We are currently seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer/Government Relations Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Riyadh.

**Position Purpose**:
The Public Relations Officer will ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and regional legal and regulatory requirements.

**Expectations**:

- Provide regular updates on work and migration standards from regional government offices to ensure the organisation is informed of any procedural changes.
- Collate required documents for visa/labour contract processing from team members.
- Ensure timely notifications are sent to employees requesting documents for visa renewals.
- Provide timely updates to management on legal and statutory requirements.
- Preparation of documents for entity license renewals.
- Ensure valid KSA work permits have been processed for all employees.
- Diarise all workers and dependent visas and work contracts to ensure that the organisation's records are up to date with the Labour and Immigration Departments.
- Ensure business and trade Licenses are kept up to date, follow-up official approvals and permits to prevent violations.
- Accurately prepare and process required legal documents for government agencies such as Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.
- Represent the organisation at government offices such as airport, embassies, police station, ministries/municipalities and other departments.
- Deal promptly and proactively on general enquiries regarding PRO functions
- Assist in determining any issues identified with company vehicle registration and renewals.
- Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE/KSA for staff members' business-related travels.
- Knowledgeable on the process of obtaining residency permits etc.

***Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong relationships with local government agencies.
- Strong knowledge of UAE/Saudi Labour law, immigration regulations and visa process.
- Deep knowledge of governmental procedures.
- Understanding of Government Portals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
