**Position Overview**
The Strategic Planning Manager your role includes your role includes varying responsibilities such as training, advising, assisting, and mentoring of personnel in expertise. You will employ your leadership knowledge as an SME in the design, creation, set-up, and implementation of operational HR solutions and services in accordance with strategic growth plans and priorities. You will lead a small team of operational professionals in identifying and implementing project/business needs and initiatives.
**Primary Responsibilities/Tasks**
- Assist in the integration of support capabilities including collection and analytical activities, operational planning and maintenance, modification to organizational requirements, and correspondence with PRIME contractors.
- Support the Program Management Team with HR-related functions and activities and define growth opportunities based on research and status trends.
- Support the regular updating of operational dashboards and timelines.
- Research and coordinate project and data requirements as specified by upper management.
- Organize, track, and ensure completion of artifacts and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Oversee the training and development of contract personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications / Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Human Resources, or another related field
- 8+ years’ experience in a technical or operating role within the IT/intelligence field and/or through varied government contracts
- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight and direction.
- Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely and with technical accuracy.
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Department of Defense Secret Clearance
- 8-10 years’ military experience preferred.
