Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: KSA-Khobar**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance of the center shopping, including common areas, facilities, and landscaping.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, security personnel, and other support staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for the center.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other maintenance projects.
- Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and harmonious shopping environment.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to the shopping center.
- Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the daily operations of the center, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to organize events and promotional activities to increase traffic in center shopping.
- Implement safety protocols and coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors to foster a collaborative atmosphere.

v **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent abilities to communicate and deal with others.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with high-pressure situations.
- Living in Dammam or Khobar
- Driving license + car
