**OPERATIONS MANAGER - Exposure in Empanada Concept**

Plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of the brand.

Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Develops and agrees annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies, monitors performance against this, initiates corrective action where necessary to ensure operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters and targets are achieved.

Develops and put in place appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of sales activities and ensures effective systems are in place for monitoring compliance to established operations and service standards.

Identify appropriate outlet space for the establishment of new cafe, prepare proposals and close deals in order to set up and open cafe as per plan.

Analyses the market and the local consumer tastes and preferences and customizes the offered eateries to suit local requirements.

Manages and controls all aspects of stock management, ensures adherence to procedures thereby minimizing stock accumulation/ loss.

Prepares and submits necessary reports on sales and costs budgets and forward the same to the CEO | Business Partner as required.

Provides functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities.

Establishes the short/long term common goals that creates an environment where the brand is valued and grow and thrive in stores.

Ensures a strong brand presence and compliance with company and brand requirements.

Works with Top Management to ensure business level execution meets company brand targets and pricing guidelines established.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- alkhobar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Empanada Operations: 3 years (required)
- Operations Manager: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Arabic (required)
