**Job Description**:

- Manages procurement processes and reviews for compliance with applicable procedures.
- Manages and directs procurement staff.
- Requires thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- ** Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within large-scale projects or organizations.**:

- ** Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and methodologies.**:

- ** Experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.**:

- ** Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful supplier relationships.**:

- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.**:
