- A receptionist with 3 years of experience is needed for performing various administrative and clerical tasks, including but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing information to customers.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files and records, and managing the office calendar.
- Performing basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as preparing invoices and processing payments.
- Providing general administrative support, such as typing and copying documents, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office, and ensuring that office supplies are always well-stocked.
- Assisting with special projects, as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
