**Job Overview**

We are seeking a talented and creative **Façade Designer** to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves developing innovative façade design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and models, and coordinating with project teams to ensure that all façade solutions meet **aesthetic, structural, and performance requirements**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare façade design drawings, **shop drawings**, and detailed **2D/3D models** using AutoCAD, Revit, or related software.
- Develop **innovative façade concepts** aligned with client requirements, architectural vision, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with **architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors** to finalize façade details.
- Ensure designs comply with **international façade standards, Saudi building codes, and safety regulations**.
- Select suitable façade materials (aluminum, glass, cladding, stone, etc.) and prepare **technical submissions**.
- Conduct design reviews, perform **value engineering**, and propose practical, constructible solutions.
- Assist in preparing **tender documents, BOQs, and technical proposals** for façade works.
- Provide technical support to site teams and resolve **design-related issues** during execution.
- Stay updated with the latest **façade design trends, sustainability practices, and innovative technologies**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering**, or related field.
- **3-5 years** of proven experience in façade design (**experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred**).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp**, and other façade design tools.
- Strong knowledge of façade systems**:curtain walls, unitized panels, cladding, glazing, louvers**, etc.
- Understanding of **structural principles, thermal performance, waterproofing, and façade performance criteria**.
- Excellent **communication, coordination, and problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and deliver within project deadlines.
- Experience with **sustainable and energy-efficient façade design** is an added advantage.
