Commissioning Lead/Manager required for NEOM Power Elements Wind Farm developer, based in KSA.

**Role**
- Responsible to align with and provide guidance for the definition, coordination, management, and planning of the commissioning activities and the taking over of the Transmission scope, including facility load sub-station (including all sub-systems) and its handover from the sub-EPC.
- Ensure that the commissioning activities comply with the project requirements and SEC standards, in terms of quality, planning and performance.
- Ensure the project best practices align with company and SEC standards and these standards are implemented.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure Project HSE requirements and particularly electrical safety are implemented and followed.
- Review, approve and provide guidance to the sub-EPC’s Commissioning Plan and associated procedures to coordinate the commissioning activities.
- Ensure the Project conforms and will perform to, the performance expectations of the Project Director, Client and applicable KSA standards.
- Advise on the commissioning of the supplied systems (e.g., Statcom, SCADA Systems, EPMS etc).
- Ensure interfaces with other parties and work in direct interfaces, when required, with the project team leaders: Project Director, Quality and EHSS managers, Site Construction Managers, SCADA Managers, Client interface Managers etc.
- Establish and manage sub-project organization/groups, including split and delegation of responsibility for commissioning activities.
- Ensure internal and external lessons learnt sessions are performed and actions are implemented to optimize the commissioning.
- Review and comment Sub-EPC commissioning documentation and challenge the proposed commissioning plan and procedures and ensure alignment with overall Commissioning Management Plan.
- Review/approve commissioning and test plans for Owner/Client systems and interfaces between Contractors, or Client and Contractor.
- Participate in all relevant reviews such as early HAZOPs, HAZIDs, technical reviews, organization, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with suitable field experience - minimum 12 years field experience
- Experienced in
- 380kV (or similar HV) overhead transmission systems commissioning scope.
- Gas Insulated Switchgear
- Load sub stations
- EPMS
- Applied Completions system - GoCompletions or equivalent software based completions process
- Proven experience in implementing a power delivery commissioning program.
- Strong background in electrical engineering, communication, and commissioning operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors.
- Strong background in QHSE, management of risk and electrical safety.
