SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Key Responsibilities:_

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients, understanding their needs, solving problems and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with customers to address any concerns, provide product information, ensure the payment and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Assign and manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with each customer to ensure alignment with desired targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet customer demands and increase sales.

**New Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale sector to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to capture new accounts.
- Develop customized strategies and building blocks to achieve the company's vision and sales targets.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide comprehensive product information to customers, addressing inquiries and promoting the benefits of our products.
- Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with clients.

**Sales Tracking and Communication**:

- Track all sales activities in the company portal system and regularly update account information.
- Communicate customer product pain points to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the overall sales effort.
- Collaborate with merchandise supervisors to align on-ground activities with the company strategy.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.
- Analyze the market's potential and provide regular reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Qualifications and Requirements:_

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food distribution industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of the wholesale sector and key players in the food industry in KSA.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**إدارة علاقات العملاء**:

- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين في قطاع الجملة، وفهم احتياجاتهم، وحل المشاكل، وضمان رضا العملاء الاستثنائي.
- التواصل بانتظام مع العملاء لمعالجة أي مخاوف، وتوفير معلومات عن المنتجات، وضمان الدفع، وجمع التعليقات لتحسين الخدمة.
- تعيين وإدارة خطط الأعمال المشتركة (JBPs) مع كل عميل لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف المرغوبة.
- تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات من خلال استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة وإدارة العلاقات.
- تحديد الفرص لزيادة المبيعات أو بيع منتجات إضافية لتلبية احتياجات العملاء وزيادة المبيعات.

**تطوير الأعمال الجديدة**:

- تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة ضمن قطاع الجملة لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد العملاء المحتملين وتطوير استراتيجيات لجذب حسابات جديدة.
- تطوير استراتيجيات مخصصة وكتل بناء لتحقيق رؤية الشركة وأهداف المبيعات.

**معرفة المنتج**:

- البقاء على اطلاع حول عروض المنتجات، واتجاهات الصناعة، وأنشطة المنافسين.
- تقديم معلومات شاملة عن المنتجات للعملاء، ومعالجة الاستفسارات، وتعزيز فوائد منتجاتنا.
- جدولة وإجراء الاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية مع العملاء.

**تتبع المبيعات والتواصل**:

- تتبع جميع أنشطة المبيعات في نظام بوابة الشركة وتحديث معلومات الحسابات بانتظام.
- التواصل مع الأقسام المعنية لحل مشاكل المنتجات بسرعة.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين والأقسام لتحسين الجهود البيعية الشاملة.
- التعاون مع مشرفي البضائع لمواءمة الأنشطة على الأرض مع استراتيجية الشركة.

**التقارير والتحليل**:

- إجراء تحليل التكلفة والعائد للعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- تحليل إمكانيات السوق وتقديم تقارير منتظمة حول احتياجات العملاء، والأنشطة التنافسية، وإمكانات المنتجات والخدمات الجديدة.

**المؤهلات والمتطلبات**:

- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة توزيع المواد الغذائية.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل قوية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني ضمن فريق.
- مهارات تفاوض وحل مشاكل ممتازة.
- معرفة بقطاع الجملة واللاعبين الرئيسيين في صناعة الغذاء في السعودية.
- تحقيق النتائج مع التركيز على تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
