Perform day-to-day operations related to the Strategic Partnerships, Acquisitions & Ventures function, and assists in the financial, technical, market, and legal due diligence process and ensure that outcomes are clear and provide useful direction to decision making.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Gathers industry information and assess market landscape while proactively searching for potential opportunities, advisers, partners and applicants. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes.

2. Assists in analyzing potential opportunities using metrics such as IRR, NPV, Payback period, time horizon, capital required, working capital, debt, and essential ratios. In addtion to the development and analysis of financial models.

3. Assists in the development of business plans and financial projections for greenfield projects.

4. Assists in analyzing business plans, financial statements and financial projections and develop valuations for stake purchase for acquisitions. Gain a complete understanding of proposed operation models and critically asses their practicality.

5. Assists senior members in the management of all aspects of the transaction process including the development of partnerships agreement and alignment on key commercial and financial terms and managing progress of the opportunity through the value chain and ensure implementation of selected investments in an agile manner and in a record timeframe.

6. Assists in monitoring and reporting on the performance of the partnerships. Prepare performance and update reports on investments.

7. Prepares opportunity reports to submit to higher management. Prepare Business Plans, RFP’s, Performance Reports, and any other Ad-hoc reports with support from Senior Team members.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or any other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Grade 08:
One (1) year of related experience is required.

Grade 09:
Three (3) years of related experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National only.
- CFA, CMA, or any other internationally recognized professional qualification in accounting is preferred.
