**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential partners for joint ventures. This involves conducting market research, assessing partner capabilities, and evaluating their strategic fit with the organization.
- Establish criteria for partner selection and due diligence processes to ensure compatibility and mitigate risks.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential joint venture partners.
- Engages with external stakeholders, including Governmental Buddies (MOE, RC, etc) executives from partner organizations, and suppliers to establish bonds, negotiate terms, and foster long-term collaborative relationships.
- Develop public affairs, industrial relations, and human resources policies for the JV.
- In coordination with each Project Director's Office, develop the Project Standards.
- Liaise with appropriate Governmental Authorities to obtain all permits necessary for the development, construction, and operation of the Project.
- Determine an appropriate name under which the JV will be incorporated and a trade name, a logo, and other externally focused aspects of corporate identity.

- Promote cost consciousness and cost control culture across the organization and implement cost leadership practices.
- Implement MEMs 06.11 and drive CAPEX awareness and meet CAPEX KPI's
- Explore, evaluate, and implement business improvement opportunities & investment ideas to improve EBITDA and cash flow.
- Exercises financial authority as per the master authority schedule (MAS).
- Ensure all people also from operations and maintenance and technical that participate in the projects book their hours worked on the project as per IFRS.
- Implement and utilize the concept of Total Life Cycle cost in the projects when facing decisions around technical solutions, vendors, brands, and equipment choices.
- Ensure value related to projects is delivered as planned in the business case in the time expected.8. To oversee the JV ongoing operations and performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational milestones.10. Ensure that performance objectives are met, and they proactively identify areas for improvement or corrective actions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of joint venture initiatives.
