**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Provide leadership and strategic direction in construction management activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, including road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks effectively.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction progress, identify deviations from the approved plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, offering solutions to complex engineering challenges and optimizing project delivery processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues related to site supervision, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, incorporating relevant advancements into project strategies and methodologies.
- Uphold WSP's commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality excellence in all aspects of project execution.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management or site supervision and construction management, with a focus on road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects with top international construction consultants.
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for project management, scheduling, and documentation.
- Professional certifications or affiliations with recognized engineering organizations are advantageous.
