JASARA PMC is seeking a Technical Libraries Manager to oversee the management and organization of technical documentation and records for our projects. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all technical information is accurate, complete, and easily accessible to project teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement best practices in document management and support the operational needs of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical library and document management system.
- Manage requests for access to operational records and ensure compliance with data management policies.
- Oversee the cataloging and organization of technical documentation, ensuring it meets industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather, archive, and retrieve technical information as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on document management processes and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in document management technologies and recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical document management, library management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in document control systems and database management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a team and promote best document management practices.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in document management.
- Experience within engineering or construction industries is preferred.
